TRAFFIC halted to a standstill near Lidl in Cirencester this morning.
Police were called shortly after 10.25am this morning, Friday, April 26 to a report of a broken down horse box blocking Love Lane.
The road was closed while a tyre on the vehicle was changed and fully reopened shortly after midday.
